Keep a diary and write down the day and what you do Every time we go to the shop, take a walk, take the bus or drive to a friend’s house, we have a list of things we need to do on that day.
We may also have lists of activities we have to do at home, so we can keep track of what we are doing.
A good rule of thumb is to keep a diary of what you’re doing, as well as how you feel.
If you’re not a regular diary reader, then start writing it down, or you can record the activities in your journal.
